After the introduction of the Topmodel and Symphonie late-season hybrids in 2008, Chicosem is launching three brand new hybrids this year from Hoquet Graines: Joker, Baccara and OK-7F. Joker for early-season forcing will be the alternative for Atlas. Joker is earlier than Atlas and produces a dense head with a high specific weight. Baccara is perfect for mid-season forcing. Baccara is a winner in terms of production and easy management. Furthermore Baccara is extremely reliable in terms of internal quality and is very resistant to red discoloration.

Seed of Joker and Baccara is available in large quantities for the Dutch and international market. There is a serious demand for this new variety also in France and Belgium. Although there is a plentiful supply of seeds in 2010, we recommend to order seeds in time !

OK-7F for elite segment

For the intermediate forcing period OK-7F is at very limited scale available. OK-7F with its tapering, compact and gleaming heads, has been developed specifically for the elite segment.
