Symphonie at its best
The most recent results for Symphonie might be the best of this year. This season, while strong but rather unripe in April, the Symphonie has developed into a variety which shows optimal performance from July to the end of the season. This is a real late variety from summer until end of the season.
Fantastic from start to finish
At the moment we are implementing final forcing and the results are positive all the way through: tight, glossy heads with a good production potential (see photos, click to enlarge). The results in Belgium and France confirm this. Expectations are high for the coming season.
Plentiful supply of seeds in 2010
Symphonie will be widely available for sowing next season. The advantage of Symphonie lies in its good field qualities, meaning a high number of uniform roots can be harvested. The forcing period shows that Symphonie is a chicory variety which stands out because of its quality and shelf life.
