Towards the end of 2008, the Dutch Endive Group (DEG) was established by a group of Dutch companies. The DEG supports newcomers to the market of chicory witloof production. DEG collates knowledge needed by potential chicory producers to set up a production company, wherever in the world that might be. In addition, DEG provides joining entrepreneurs with total solutions, from basic material to equipment.
